How did you get into the mailing business?

“My entry into the mailing business was somewhat serendipitous. After landing my first job out of college selling dog and cat food for Ralston Purina, I recognized my passion for sales but desired a career change. As I set my sights on medical equipment sales, my recruiter advised me to gain more sales experience. That led me to an interview with Friden Neopost, now known as Quadient, to sell postage meters. Little did I know, this opportunity marked the beginning of a 29-year journey in the mailing industry.”

What specifically did you do before Digitalized Software?

“Before joining Digitalized Software, I had the privilege of enjoying a successful career as a Senior Director at Quadient, where my focus centered on intelligent document automation. In this role, I gained valuable experience in leading strategic initiatives and fostering innovation in the realm of document automation.

My time at Quadient also equipped me with a deep understanding of industry trends and the transformative power of technology in enhancing business processes.

Over the course of my career, I cultivated invaluable internal and external relationships, starting from a sales position and evolving into a successful and fulfilling career. It’s been a remarkable journey. Now, I bring this wealth of experience and expertise to Digitalized Software, eager to contribute to the company’s vision of revolutionizing manual processes and delivering cutting-edge software solutions.”

Why did you decide to come to Digitalized Software?

“After a rich and rewarding 29-year journey in the mailing industry, specializing in document automation and customer communication management software, I found myself at a point where I wanted to channel my experience and expertise into a new, forward-thinking organization. Digitalized Software’s commitment to innovation and its vision to revolutionize manual processes with modern software solutions resonated deeply with me.

The prospect of serving as the Vice President of Business Development presented an exciting opportunity to contribute to a company dedicated to transforming the industry. What drew me to Digitalized Software was not just their cutting-edge technology but also their unwavering commitment to prioritizing the customer. In an era where technology often overshadows the human element, Digitalized Software stands out by ensuring that every solution is designed with the end user in mind.

What is going to be your focus at Digitalized Software?

“In my role as the Vice President of Business Development, I am excited to lead the charge in steering the company toward new heights of growth and innovation. My responsibilities are multifaceted, encompassing various aspects of business expansion and strategic development.

At the core of my role is the identification and pursuit of strategic opportunities that align with our vision of revolutionizing the mailing industry with cutting-edge software solutions. Beyond this, I am striving to cultivate and nurture partnerships that not only enhance our offerings but also contribute to the broader ecosystem of technological advancements.

A distinctive aspect of my approach is the emphasis on engaging directly with end users. I believe in a customer-centric approach, ensuring that our solutions not only meet but exceed the expectations of those who utilize them. Where do you see Digitalized Software in 5 years?

Ultimately, I want our solutions to have a far reach and for this company to leave a lasting impact on the industry as a whole.”
